Better Justice for Arkansas
Twenty years ago, I moved home to Arkansas with a simple goal: to practice law and leave our state better than I found it. As a fifth-generation Arkansan who grew up loving our state's natural beauty and tight-knit communities, I've spent my career fighting for the people who make Arkansas home.
From helping turn around an Arkansas community bank struggling in the financial crisis to defending librarians against book bans to challenging court fees that trap struggling families in cycles of poverty, my work has always been guided by a commitment to prosperity, practicality, and the rule of law. I believe our courts should serve all Arkansans fairly—not just the powerful and well-connected.
Why John Adams?
My two decades of counseling and advocating for Arkansans gives me the practical experience to understand how both the federal and state constitutions protect us all. I proposed and taught a class to law students on the Arkansas Constitution because I have seen how much the rights it secures matter, and how the Arkansas Supreme Court has protected - and sometime failed to protect - those rights.
Why I’m Running:
To bring real-world legal experience to our highest court
To defend stable rule of law for individuals and small businesses
To make our justice system fairer and more accessible
To be an independent voice holding government power to account
Fair & Impartial Courts for Arkansas
Protecting Our Constitution
The protections afforded Arkansas citizens because of our Constitution are sacred. We have invested more than 150 years establishing these rights and Judges should be bound by our Constitution.
Equal Justice
Whether you’re rich or poor, connected or not, everyone deserves fair treatment in our courts. Justice shouldn’t depend on your bank account or political connections.
Practical Justice
Courts should make life more affordable and accessible for struggling families, not trap them in cycles of fines, debt and punishment. Real-world experience matters.
Stable Rule of Law
Small businesses and hardworking Arkansans need predictable, fair legal standards—not ideological agendas. Courts should provide the predictable and ordered liberty that lets us pray, plan, and prosper.
